The Six Figure Mentors Review – A Worthwhile Investment?

In this post I’m going to be taking a look at the Six Figure Mentors (SFM) platform to see if it’s worthwhile joining.

What is Six Figure Mentors

Six Figure Mentors or SFM is a training platform designed to help people earn money online.

Their self-declared mission is “to bring online marketing success within reach of anyone who has the courage to step out of the status quo (your financial security in the hands of an employer) and the drive to create life on their own terms. All you’ll need is a working computer, a decent Internet connection and the commitment to achieving your goals.”

Great aims and an exciting goal to achieve… so let’s see if they actually have the platform that can deliver this.

Membership Levels

There are three levels of membership available at SFM

• Student Access (free starter membership)
• Essential Membership ($99 enrollment fee and then $97/month)
• Elite Membership ($2500/year add on to Essential membership)

Student Access

On the face of it, the training looks good.

For the free membership you get the ‘Getting Started Modules’ – these talk about the concept of making money online and how it can be achieved, the different methods and strategies are also discussed.

You also get assigned a personal business coach who is there to help you get set up and to answer any questions you may have.

But what I quickly realised was that these starter modules don’t actually teach you how to do any of the above… only the concepts are discussed and you are told that you will be taught the methods and strategies in later modules (the ones that are available after upgrading your membership).

I felt that this was a bit of a let down – there’s no real value to the free starter membership, other than to whet your appetite and get you hungry to become a paid member.

You’re also not shown exactly what you will learn if you upgrade – there’s no breakdown of the course modules, so that you can make an informed decision whether you want to upgrade or not… the only way to access this is to actually upgrade.

Essential Membership

If you do decide to upgrade to Essential Membership then you will get access to all of the training modules and also the weekly supplemental training videos and online conferences.

In addition to this you will also get access to the Digital Business Lounge (DBL) – which will enable you to set up a maximum of three websites and a sales funnel or lead capture pages for list building.

There’s a lot of good training – but it’s aimed more at people who have a bit of experience and less so at completely newbies, who may struggle with the basic concepts.

It also feels like something’s being held back – there’s a constant push for you to upgrade further and you’re encouraged to do this as this is where you’ll learn much more and the big money can be earned… but to do this you need up upgrade to the next level of membership – Elite.

Elite Membership

Elite membership will cost $2500/year as an add-on… that’s a lot of money, but you will get access to way more stuff – live coaching by the founders of SFM, Stuart and Jay and access to leading industry experts to help you progress and develop.

The potential to earn by promoting SFM is also higher – up to 40% affiliate commissions.

But it’s really expensive to get to that point – you have to fork out a lot of money upfront just to get to a level where you can start to earn decent money…

Support

The level of support has the appearance of being very good – even at the student access level, you’re assigned a personal coach, but as I mentioned before, the whole set up is very much geared towards giving you a taste of what could be and encouraging you to upgrade to achieve that dream.

If you do upgrade, you do get a good level of support – especially at the Elite membership level.

Conclusion

Six Figure Mentors is definitely a legitimate way to learn how to make money online.

The problem for me is that you have to pay way too much to do it before you get to see any kind of return on your investment and for this reason it’s not a training platform that I would recommend.
